Peter Pettigrew was killed by his own silver hand, which was given to him by Voldemort as a punishment for his past failures. During the Battle of Hogwarts, when Pettigrew hesitated to kill Harry Potter, his hand turned on him and strangled him to death. This was a fitting end for Pettigrew, who had betrayed his friends and caused much harm throughout his life. **

In the Harry Potter series, Scabbers was able to hide his true identity as Peter Pettigrew for many years due to several reasons. Firstly, Pettigrew was believed to be dead after Sirius Black confronted him, so no one would have suspected him to be alive and disguised as a rat. Additionally, Pettigrew was skilled at concealing his true form and manipulating those around him. Finally, Scabbers was a common pet rat, easily overlooked and not given much attention by others, allowing Pettigrew to remain hidden in plain sight. **

No one noticed that Scabbers was Peter Pettigrew in all the years in Harry Potter because Pettigrew had been presumed dead for over a decade, and his Animagus form as a rat allowed him to hide in plain sight. Additionally, Pettigrew was skilled at concealing his true identity and manipulating those around him. The magical community was also preoccupied with other pressing matters, such as the rise of Voldemort, which may have distracted them from recognizing Pettigrew's true identity. **

No one in the Harry Potter series noticed that Scabbers was Peter Pettigrew because Pettigrew had been living as a rat for over a decade, making it difficult for anyone to recognize him. Additionally, Pettigrew used his Animagus ability to transform into a rat, allowing him to hide in plain sight. Furthermore, Pettigrew took advantage of the trust and innocence of those around him, making it easier for him to deceive everyone, including Harry and his friends. **

In the third Harry Potter movie, "Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban," Harry did not notice Peter Pettigrew earlier because he had been led to believe that Pettigrew was dead. Sirius Black, who was wrongly accused of betraying Harry's parents, was believed to have killed Pettigrew. Therefore, Harry had no reason to suspect that Pettigrew was still alive and masquerading as Ron's pet rat, Scabbers. Additionally, Pettigrew had been hiding in plain sight for years, making it difficult for anyone to recognize him as a traitor. **

Switzerland is known for its iconic alpine scenery, with picturesque villages, lush meadows, and pristine lakes. On the other hand, Georgia's mountains are characterized by rugged peaks, deep gorges, and ancient forests, offering a more wild and untamed beauty. Ultimately, the choice between the two will depend on personal preferences and the specific kind of mountain scenery one is seeking for their hiking experience. **
