Feeling remorse and repentance for one's sins is a natural and important part of the process of seeking forgiveness and spiritual growth. However, it is not healthy or productive to dwell in permanent remorse and guilt. Instead, it is important to acknowledge one's mistakes, seek forgiveness, and make amends where possible. Engaging in acts of penance can be a way to demonstrate genuine remorse and commitment to change, but it should be done with the intention of personal growth and not as a form of self-punishment. Ultimately, it is important to strive for a balance between acknowledging one's sins and moving forward with a sense of hope and renewal. **

They can provide you with the necessary guidance and support to help you atone for your sin in a meaningful and spiritually fulfilling way. **
